1) Talent Support UG provides the following services to paying clients to connect them with potential employers in Germany, train them for the interview and help them get a job offer.

2) Fees & Scope of Service:

Option1:

The customer pays a service fee of 160 euros in advance for the service plus 4% of the annual gross salary in the first year as commission for the successful placement. The date of receipt of payment in the Talent Support UG account marks the start of the service.

Example calculation:

We would find you a company that pays you a gross salary of, for example, 60,000 euros, and we would charge you 4%, in other words 2400 euros, for our services.

The 2400 euros can be divided over twelve months, starting from the date on which the employment contract begins.

Scope of service:

Support in creating an adequate CV for the German job market
CV templates for easy creation (for 30€/h we can provide you with an expert who will create the CV for you)
45-minute interview with a German IT recruiting specialist who will answer all your questions

Option 2:

The client makes no advance payment, but we receive 8% of the gross annual salary in the first year as commission for the successful placement. The date of receipt of payment on the Talent Support UG account marks the start of the service.

Example calculation:

We would find you a company that pays you a gross salary of, for example, 60,000 euros, and we would charge you 8%, in other words 4800 euros, for our services.

The 4800 euros can be divided over twelve months, starting from the date on which the employment contract begins.

Scope of service:

Consulting service for the preparation of a suitable CV for the German labor market
Matching service within our network
Mail and telephone support for your questions for 365 days
Advice on visa issues (fees for visa etc. are not included).

3) Possible refund of the paid fees:

A refund is also excluded if the client or Talent Support terminates the contract before the end of its contract term. Talent Support has the right to terminate the contract in the event of violations of the contract in accordance with the contract termination clause.

4) Customer's obligations:

In order to make the cooperation with us as efficient and successful as possible, we need the following commitment from you:

a. Updated curriculum vitae (willingness to adapt to the German requirements after the first interview)
b. Fluent English or German (at least C1 in one of them)
c. Quick response to interview requests
d. Availability for interviews during CET working hours
e. Valid ID card (to ensure a quick visa process once we find your job)
f. Proactive communication with your local embassy to ensure a fast visa process

5) Contract Termination Clause:

Talent Support UG reserves the right to terminate the contract under the following circumstances:

- Any failure by the client to adhere to the agreed-upon responsibilities as outlined in this agreement.

- Inappropriate behavior displayed by the client during interviews, interactions with Talent Support UG, or with other parties involved in the process.

- Any conduct that violates professional decorum or disrupts the service provision.

In the event of contract termination due to these reasons, Talent Support UG will not be liable for any further service provision, and any remaining refundable fees will be subject to the terms detailed in the applicable payment option's refund policy.

6) Additional Information:

If the client closes a German contract within the 12 months (through our service or other sources), the client is not entitled to the repayment agreement.
